Seek True Happiness and Sense of Fulfilment

How do you seek true happiness and well-being?

Being happy is subjective.  Feeling good about yourself and your life is also subjective. This, however, is what is most important to us.  The challenge is how to identify what exactly makes you happy and, if good for your well-being, how to sustain this over time.

It is important when searching for happiness to be clear that your criteria come from you and not from others. Only then, you will gain a sense of control over your life. This is intrinsic motivation and it can last a lifetime.

Look for long lasting life fulfillment?

Again, while feeling fulfilled is subjective, it is most important to each person. It is important that you identify what types of activities and experiences give you a sense of energy, happiness, and fulfillment about your life.

Which activities can you define which will move you towards feeling each and every day that your life is fulfilling?  It is never too early or too late to start
